- Guests residing in Greater China, South Korea, Japan and Italy with direct reservations at a member hotel of IBB Hotel Collection, reserved directly at the hotel or via our websites.
- For guests who require individual consultation, please contact your nearest hotel or reach us via info@ibbhotels.com.
- For bookings made via online travel agents or other third parties, please contact your booking provider for information on their policies and for assistance.
- IBB Hotel Collection continues to work with group and event customers on questions or concerns regarding future business. Please contact your reserved hotel or info@ibbhotels.com.
