IBB HOTEL COLLECTION
Efficient management, Quality Service and personal care for each guest have been our priorities since we set off in 1992, when the first IBB Hotel Collection apartments opened their doors on the Mediterranean island of Menorca.
Seven hotels, distributed between Germany, Poland and Spain, are currently managed by this active, dynamically developing network. In Germany, the group runs the ancient, traditional, 4-star Panacee Grand Römerbad in Badenweiler, IBB Krämerbrücke Erfurt Hotel in the historical centre of Erfurt and the IBB Hotel Passau. Panacee Grand Römerbad, which is located close to the French and Swiss border, is a magical place with an exceptional atmosphere. Since 1825 it has constantly delighted its visitors with its beautiful architecture, which was appreciated by such renowned guests as Thomas Mann and Friedrich Nietzsche, strengthening the cultural standing of this exceptional 4-star facility. Its fantastic location in the picturesque city of Krämerbrücke; the French furniture designed by Didier Gomez; the exquisite cuisine of the Zum Alten Schwan restaurant… IBB Hotel Erfurt is known for its extraordinary experience and top quality. IBB Hotel Passau is well located, relatively close to the old town. It is a perfect logistic point situated on the Danube River and opposite the railway station. The city of the three rivers is worth visiting. It is full of enchanting spots. In Poland, the IBB Hotel Collection is represented by three hotels - Andersia in Poznań, Lublinianka in Lublin, Dwor Oliwski City Hotel & SPA in Gdansk. IBB Andersia Hotel is the most cutting-edge hotel in the group’s portfolio. It was rewarded for the best service and recognized for its dynamic development, introduction of new solutions and trend setting. It is one of the strongest Polish players in the range of business hotels. The Belle Epoque refined the Lublinianka Hotel which was rewarded in 2003 as the A.D. 2003 Maintained Building for “the restoration of the building to the time of its heyday” by the Polish Minister of Culture. There are plans to open a new 3-star hotel in Gdańsk. It will be created from three historical tenement houses located at the heart of the old town. It will be a token of respect for quality, beauty and our Guests´ comfort. In the years to come further expansion and widening portfolio are planned. The group is thinking about establishing more 4- and 5-star hotels in Germany, Poland, Spain and Asia. The Von der Heyden investment group holds the majority of shares. Since 2011 the Management Board is composed of the shareholders Sven von der Heyden and Javier Errejón – Chief Financial Director. Despite its international operations, the company’s registered office is still located on the Balearic Island of Menorca.
